Strategic Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Managing digital channels performance/availability.
Providing support of production issues/gaps for channels.
Handling UAT and post implementation review for channels releases.
Handling Service Delivery Technical projects by planning, testing, and rolling out the projects.
Providing full support for Service Delivery end users.
 Taking full ownership on SAB Service Delivery systems development and enhancement.
Managing and monitoring Service Delivery Business Recovery Plan (SD BRP).
Automating Service Delivery manual process.
Control Service Delivery users’ authorities and roles accesses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science

Language Skills
